We keep our buying process clear, structured, and easy to follow, so you know exactly what happens at every stage.

1. Enquiry

The process begins with your enquiry. Share your product idea, reference images, tech pack, specifications, quantity, target price, and expected timelines with our team.

2. Specification Review

We carefully study your requirements to understand the garment construction, leather type, trims, finishing, fit, and overall expectations. This helps us assess feasibility and align on the right approach from the start.

3. Pattern and Design Development

Based on the approved specifications, we begin pattern making and design development. At this stage, we translate your concept into a production-ready structure.

4. Material Sourcing

We source the required leather, accessories, trims, and supporting materials based on your product needs. This stage is handled with close attention to quality, consistency, and suitability for the design.

5. Sampling

We develop the sample for your review and approval. Throughout this stage, our team stays in communication with you to discuss updates, adjustments, and refinements wherever needed.

6. Material Inspection

Before moving into production, all materials are inspected carefully to ensure they meet the required standards in quality, finish, and construction readiness.

7. Production

Once the sample is approved and materials are cleared, production begins. Our capacity is designed to handle both smaller and larger volumes with planned execution and quality control at every stage.

8. Quality Check

Each order goes through internal checks to ensure the product matches approved specifications and is ready for dispatch in the right condition.

9. Packing

Finished garments are packed carefully to ensure they reach you in proper condition, presentation, and shipment readiness.

Lead Time

Lead times depend on the order size and product requirements.

  • Smaller orders: approximately 6 weeks
